What is TRAC UK?

What does TRAC UK do?

TRAC UK is an independent advocacy service for men and women, founded in 2015 by Annalice Argyle as a voice for people with substance misuse issues. TRAC UK also has a women only recovery service, you can visit our facebook page here.

TRAC UK offers several courses to support women through their recovery, including: women’s way through the 12 steps, child within, stephanie covington’s ‘helping women recover’ 20 week programme and more.

We also offer support groups that meet regularly both on zoom and in person throughout the week. These include: coffee and connect on a Monday morning and Friday evening and women’s walks ‘retreating into the community’.

TRAC UK also works with local collaborators that can offer creative opportunities for women in recovery.

Through the creation of TRAC UK a peer led CIC is now available for men and women called Lobster Recovery CIC. It offers recovery coaching and support to access employment, education and training.
