Connecting with the community to make a positive impact

Locally, nationally and internationally TRAC Teesside Recovery Advocates are a vocal advocate for people in recovery or wanting to enter recovery suffering from drug and alcohol abuse. We are independent recovery advocates.

Our Mission

Empowering every journey to recovery

We champion the rights and needs of individuals and employees in recovery from drug and alcohol abuse, both locally and globally.

Our mission is to empower, educate, and advocate for all, dedicating the time and energy needed to support each unique recovery journey.

No need is too small, no voice is too quiet to be heard

We will devote the time, power and energy necessary to empower, educate and advocate.

Our Programmes

Tailored to support individuals on their recovery journey

Our programmes are tailored to support individuals on their recovery journey. We offer a one-day Independent Advocacy Training course that equips professionals and peers with the skills to effectively support those with complex needs. Our Independent Advocacy Support service provides personalized assistance for various appointments, ensuring every individual’s voice is heard.

Our holistic DAYHAB program empowers individuals by focusing on their mind, body, and history, breaking the cycle of blame and shame. We foster a supportive, non-judgmental environment, helping participants develop strength and control as they navigate their unique path to recovery.
