We also offer support groups that meet regularly both on zoom and in person throughout the week. These include: coffee and connect on a Monday morning and Friday evening and women’s walks ‘retreating into the community’.

TRAC UK also works with local collaborators that can offer creative opportunities for women in recovery.

Through the creation of TRAC UK a peer led CIC is now available for men and women called Lobster Recovery CIC. It offers recovery coaching and support to access employment, education and training.
